The Frozen Maze/ Blue Eye dungeon

Okay...This F-ING game...I follow the instructions for the frozen maze EXACTLY and even followed them backwardS because I become so frustrated that I though waaay too deeply and figured "well. Its in the north...REVERSE THE POLARITY."
Sh¡ts either broken, or a sham.
And the final dungeon...CANT FIND IT. Ive literally looked everywhere. And I cant find it. The blue eye on the demon door wont close. And I cannot progress.
